Rose Kibbie and I had our annual visit to Hampton Beach, 3 days and 2 nights at the Grandview Hotel, in August. Rose appeared to have a great time eating out at all of various seafood restaurants around Hampton Beach. She enjoyed lots of her favorite seafood, lobster, scallops, crabmeat and haddock!

A few spot showers all 3 days didn’t put a damper on our good time! Rose sat in her wheelchair as we browsed all of the shops on the boardwalk. Rose and I enjoyed a nice long walk on the beach and ended our day with a big piece of fried dough, listening to the band at the “Seashell”. Rose sat in her chair rocking and giggling while she listened to the music. Surprisingly she managed to sleep through the fireworks which were beautiful! I enjoyed them and told her all about them when she woke up. Rose was all smiles as we headed to supper and rode to North Beach in my convertible.
